This place makes me want to write a review every single day for the rest of my life. Hands down BEST service I've EVER had. The staff genuinely cares about their customers and their service department goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. The way I've been treated has earned my loyalty for life. I don't know if I'll ever own something that's not a Toyota. Do yourself a favorite and become a part of this family.

Purchased a truck from them that had been hit by a plow after I said I’d buy it they were very understanding and provided great service. Furthermore when I discovered an exhaust leak they helped me out again by fixing it for free even though it was not covered under warranty. Excellent service and staff great dealership.

I had exceptional service at Toyota of Erie! Brett was able to get me a next day appointment and made the entire process smooth. The service team took their time to diagnose the problem and ensure that it was fixed correctly before I left. Trying several solutions took time but the lounge area was well stocked and comfortable for me to work from. I was updated several times on what they were working on and left completely satisfied. I can’t recommend the service department at Toyota of Erie enough!!

My wife and I just bought a new RAV4 here. Mike is a great salesman and a fun guy to be around. To be fair we didn't get there until the end of the day on Saturday and things had to happen quickly so I get it, everyone wants a weekend. Only giving four stars because the finance manager was too aggressive trying to sell us an extended warranty we clearly stated we didn't want 3 times. The sales staff tells you how great the vehicle is and how well made they are the the finance manager implies that it's going to fall apart after 36 months. You're kind of working against each other there.

Brett and the crew at the service department - Toyota of Erie are amazing. My Tundra TRD Pro left me stranded with an engine failure, a state away from home. They took it in, got me in a loaner, kept communication the whole way through, and got my Tundra back to new! They got it all done under warranty too! The team here is great, and I would recommend seeing them for all your Toyota needs!

Every time I go to Toyota of Erie, I have a good experience. The employees and managers are always friendly and greet you when you are there. They are also transparent about wait times, costs, and any advice regarding repairs. Their rates for oil changes and inspections are great. Also, they occasionally offer extra things free of charge like a hose-down of your car or a tire rotation. I appreciate Toyota of Erie and recommend them to anybody. Regardless if you own a Toyota or not, they will take care of you and your car.

Jared Hendricks was very polite and helpful with getting my appointment scheduled and worked around my very busy schedule. He is a very nice young man. The service department was quick and very professional and had me in and out in no time at all. They were also very friendly and cordial. I would recommend Toyota of Erie to all my family and friends.

They are reliable, honest and operate with integrity. I recommend anyone who is looking for some great mechanics. Clint (Service Manager) and his staff always takes time to answer some questions that I may have and provides me with options if I need anything replaced or repaired. I had a tire replaced and everything was great, they were quick and efficient. My service person Brett was very nice and kept me notified of the progress of my repair. I also really liked the new building very bright and comfortable. I would recommend this place for all your vehicle needs.

Car shopping for me is about as exciting as going to the dentist to get a tooth pulled. Not this time! I went into Toyota and was greeted by Rich Cornman. He was anxious to help me. I should mention I went during a blizzard which probably wasn’t a good idea. I told him I wanted a slightly used SUV, preferably white. Within a few minutes he had a white RAV4 pulled up to the front door all cleaned off. We took it for a ride. I immediately fell in love with it-specially in the snow. He offered to show me other vehicles but there was no point-I had what I was looking for-love at first sight. He got me through the process with ease. Then I met with the finance department, with Kim McCafferty. Her and I hit it off right away. Thank goodness because the process of signing loan documents is another process of car buying I’m not a fan of. Kim was great! She made me feel confident about the decision I was making. She explained everything in detail that I needed to know. It was a painless transaction. Everyone in the building was so gracious offering me coffee while I waited. It was literally the easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. And I LOVE my new RAV4! I highly recommend Toyota of Erie!
